Silencing the Empty Viral Shriek in Unison

Come up with any kind of bogus today, fill it with emotional and flamboyant language, attach a video clip to it and instantaneously post it to the multiple social media – I bet you, in no time, you would see millions of people reacting to it: some would even share it to another thousands and, by the end of the day, the whole world has consumed your empty viral shriek. Besides, the mainstream global news machinery would amplify your fabrication with some of their flashy archives adding more color to make it look genuine. The next day, to your dismay, you would hear government leaders and reps of international orgs unanimously pledging to take action against it, without even validating the sham. A weird but effective neocolonial scheme to confuse the world!

Again in almost every news hour of the global media broadcast, the mainstream news deafeningly reverberates in our ears their pretentious verbosity,  such as  ‘inevitability of inter-dependences of humanity’; keeping intact shared values of the global community-- equality, justice, democracy, liberty, solidarity, dignity and prosperity’ and the list goes on. All are but empty viral shrieks to make us feel we are in the hands of utilitarian leaders of the powerful countries.

When have evidences of an incident begun to be rectified by a video clip made-up by con artists?  When has the global judiciary system started utilizing the mockery of the social media actors as final evidence to give verdict? When have the western leaders become too shallow and dull in their prompt decisions ? When have the so-called crisis group and think-tanks begun to be led by the self-claimed twitter experts of African, Asian and European issues who work for western nations? When has the UN stopped abiding by its own policy of non-intervention and started meddling in internal affairs of nations? (Nonintervention was reaffirmed in the United Nations (UN) charter of 1945. Article 2.7 of the charter prohibits intervention "in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any State.") And when has UN begun working as the right wing for the powerful western countries and not for all nations?

Far from being candid, western media propaganda have merely been intricate and completely artificial charades. Rather than (as they claim) functioning as free and fair voices of truth to the people, these media machinery  like CNN, BBC, NY Times, Washington Post, etc. all uniformly implement orders of their camouflaged masters by disseminating fake stories that facilitate westerners’ greedy policy.

In short, in order to drive the wheel of this global ship, westerners use economic sanctions (from the HQ of the central management) as their tools to compel the small and economically weak countries on board to move in the former direction. In so doing the powerful nations cripple the economy of the poor nations and their people.

Neocolonialists are redefining the power structure in Africa and the developing nations to their liking either by coup d’état (Guinea, Congo) or activating conflicts (Libya, Ethiopia, just to give some examples).  Like wild animal hunting its prey, the west attacks Africa and the developing countries often by singling out via isolation and defamation.

Africa and the developing nations could no more bear the modern neocolonial subjugation. They have started voicing to the west and their puppets that enough is enough for their continuous ostentatious viral shriek. Now Africa and the developing nations know that the powerful countries of the west have taken it as their mandate to decide the fate of all other “small” states and countries.  It’s as if there were a global management office with new decision-making center that undermine the decision-making power of individuals and nations elsewhere. Therefore, another world system seems inevitable to guard against the unstoppable march of western greed. The UN doesn’t seem to stand for the very cause it was established as mentioned above. UN is no more a guardian of international peace and security, a promoter of human rights, a protector of international law, and an engineer of socio-economic development.

Wake up Africa and the developed nations of the world!!! Let them not divide us as before! Let there be no one from us to serve on their behalf to blow our own people with their heavy hands as before!!! There may not be a short cut for the struggle but we cannot give in for slavery to reign in Africa again. Africa, let's silence the empty viral shriek in unison!
